Damaged/Missing/Lost Items - Common Carrier
If any item or packaging is damaged or missing, or if you have any doubt about possible damage, you MUST do the following:

  • Keep the damaged packing materials for inspection

Our warehouses strive to have orders processed and ready to ship within 1-2 business days. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends.
Shipping time will normally cost 4-8 business days. Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of the order, and can take longer than expected date due to the invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.


Lost Packages

If the tracking shows delivered but the orders are not in your mailbox or it has been a few days but still no update on the tracking, please notify us to solve this issue.

All of our products are sold with a 30 day money back guarantee and must be shipped to us within 30 days of you receiving them. Returns can only be accepted of products that are unopened, unused and still in their packaging or with their tags still attached. We will only accept the returned items in the same condition as we sent.

Please make sure when returning something that you securely package the item as anything damaged in the post and returned back to us due to being insufficiently packaged may receive no refund.

Refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment or store credit only.

3) Please allow us to have 2-3 weeks processing time to issue the exchange or refund. Our mechanic will inspect every return item. After the inspection, if it is the manufacture defective problem, you will get the exchange or refund within 24 hours.

4) Return item must be in brand new and unused condition with original tags and packaging. If you are not satisfied with our products, please contact us. We are dedicated to assuring that you will get top quality products and service.


2. You purchased the wrong item:

1) Return postage is undertaken by the buyer.

2) Shipping fee is not refundable.

4. Shipping damage:

We only use USPS, UPS, FedEx top service shipping company. Please check the package when it arrives. Please Do NOT sign for any damaged package. It is your responsibility to sign the delivery in person and inspect the package before you sign anything. If you noticed the package is broken, please ask the delivery man to file the shipping damage claim immediately. Also please give us your shipping damage case number, we will help you to get the compensation from shipping company as soon as possible.

 

5. We shipped the wrong item:
1) Return items must be in original condition.

2) Buyer must email us at kuiperautomotive@gmail.com within 7 days after the item arrived

3) We would be under the responsibility to issue you full refund or send you a new product, once the return item is received.

 

6. Cancellations/Refused Delivery:

1). Buyer must contact the sales representative as soon as possible.

2). You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before shipping.

3). If you cancel an order after shipping or refuse delivery (except for deliveries refused due to shipping damage), it will be treated as a return and will be subject to shipping charges and restocking fees.

1. Provide videos or pictures of your description, and send the picture of the labels stuck on the package to kuiperautomotive@gmail.com.
2. Pack the product well into the original box, seal it, and send a picture of the wrapped package to us.
3. Send to the address as per the instructions in the email or message.
4. When the goods are sent out, send us the shipment receipt or tracking number in time. (If you don't contact us, we can't help you with your return and refund. )
5. Our warehouse will confirm if it is intact after receiving the product, and then we will arrange your refund.
